Complete the Next Steps

To ensure a seamless and well-curated experience, please complete the following steps as soon as possible:

1. Submit Your Profile Picture & Logo

Upload your assets so we can properly feature you across event materials and within the app:

• Profile photo (JPG or PNG, high resolution)
• Company logo (PNG or SVG preferred)

Please follow the upload instructions provided within the Google Drive link to ensure files are properly labeled and formatted.

2. Submit Your Flight Contract

All buyers are required to submit their completed Flight Contract as soon as possible to allow our team to finalize travel arrangements.

Deadline: ASAP (no later than June 5th)

Timely submission is required to secure airfare and coordinate arrival details. Late submissions may delay travel confirmations.

We recommend scheduling arrival no later than 1:30 PM on July 19th to allow adequate time for check-in prior to the start of programming.

3. Access the Event App

Once registration is finalized you will receive access to the Wellness Peeps App, which will serve as your primary hub for:

• Event schedule and daily agenda
• Session locations and updates
• Attendee connections and messaging
• Important announcements

Your Welcome Letter and final event details will be available within the app prior to the event. If you don't see anything please check back when closer to event.
