Complete the Next Steps

To ensure a seamless and well-curated experience, please complete the following steps as soon as possible:

1. Submit Your Profile Picture & Logo

Upload your assets so we can properly feature you across event materials and within the app:

• Profile photo (JPG or PNG, high resolution)
• Company logo (PNG or SVG preferred)

Please follow the upload instructions provided within the Google Drive link to ensure files are properly labeled and formatted.

2. Watch for Invoice Emailed to You & Complete Your Payment

All vendors are required to submit payment upon receiving their invoice to secure their participation in Elevate Events.

Deadline: ASAP (no later than June 15th)

Timely payment is required to confirm your placement within the event and allow our team to finalize vendor logistics and planning. Late payments may result in delays or loss of placement.

3. Access the Event App

Once registration is finalized you will receive access to the Wellness Peeps App, which will serve as your primary hub for:

• Event schedule and daily agenda
• Session locations and updates
• Attendee connections and messaging
• Important announcements

Your Welcome Letter and final event details will be available within the app prior to the event. If you don't see anything please check back when closer to event.
